During the height of the epidemic in the US, every half hour someone died of AIDS. Red Hot Records and Universal Records came together to create Half Hour. This eight-song album features songs about or by someone who has struggled with AIDS. Because Half Hour was created in collaboration with the National AIDS Memorial Quilt Project, it was important the album have a quilt texture and feel. By scanning different fabrics, using the Circut for the fabric type, and some photo manipulation, this was accomplished.
